Premier Physician Support Services began operating as a full-service Management Services Organization (MSO) in South Florida in 1998. We are one of the largest, longest-running, continuously successful MSOs in Florida.

We organize networks of primary care, family, pediatric, and internal medicine physicians, to take risk contracts from HMOs for both Medicare and Medicaid memberships. Currently, we have physician networks in 11 counties in South Florida, Central Florida, and the Tampa area.
